Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
